Audio Connectors and Adapters

Introducing our new range of XLR D-type chassis. Metal chassis available in 3 and 5 pin versions, male and female and in nickel plated or matt black.

The chassis is robust and resistant to continuous use. They have silver plated contacts for perfect conductivity. At the same time, we also present the new metal JACK 6.3 connector with gold-plated contacts that allow it to offer higher performance than its counterparts with nickel-plated contacts.

This connector is specially designed for use in the connection of electric guitars. Available now in stock in boxed presentation and each unit individually bagged. The chassis boxes contain 8 units while the Jack boxes contain 10 units. The latter is also available in trays.

CONNECTORS FOR SOUND AND LIGHTING - EMELEC VÍASCOM

There are several types of audio connectors depending on their applications. Emelec VíasCom has in stock several of the most used ones in different versions to be assembled in all our sound and lighting cables.

Designed to work with both digital and analogue audio, the Emelec ViasCom® XLR, RCA, Jack 3.5 and 6.3 connectors perform excellently in all conditions. Available in black or silver, male or female, with caps and rings in a wide variety of colours.

The metal construction gives them robustness for prolonged use. The quality of the inner thermoplastic materials, which support the contacts, gives them a high resistance to abrasion and heat. The contacts, silver or gold plated, increase the conductivity maximizing their function.

6.3" JACK connectors

Jack 6.3 connectors are divided into two main groups, mono and stereo. Emelec has different versions of both. Apart from the normal ones, we have in stock the angled model, a special model for loudspeaker, one with gold-plated contacts perfect for guitars, as well as the female versions in aerial and chassis format.

3.5" JACK connectors

The 3.5 jack connectors, just like the 6.3 jacks, are also divided into two main groups, mono and stereo. Although in this family we also find the version with 3 rings that consists of 4 contacts. Emelec has a wide range of these connectors with springs of different diameters so that they can be assembled on any cable up to a maximum sheath diameter of 6.5 mm. In addition, we have recently added to the catalogue a version with step for each model specially designed to facilitate its connection with mobile phones that have a cover.

RCA connectors

In Emelec VíasCom we have aerial RCA in male and female versions with rings of different colors (Red, White and Yellow) depending on whether they want to be used in audio or analog video applications. All of them in models with 6.0 or 4.5 mm diameter springs depending on the cables you want to use them with. We also have a special black version for cable diameters up to 8.2 mm. We also have in stock two different types of chassis depending on whether they are screwed or screwed, also both in Red, White or Yellow.

Connectors Body RJ45 XLR type

The XLR-type RJ45 body connector is ideal for transmitting digital audio signals over a network cable. Apart from the aerial male connector, there are also three different types of chassis available depending on the way of assembly with the cable: RJ45 bulkhead chassis format D, chassis type D and chassis type D with vertical PCB mounting.

Speaker Connectors

Speaker connectors are differentiated by the number of pins they have as they indicate the number of conductors with which they can be assembled. Currently, we have Speaker connectors with 2, 4 and 8 pin versions in male format while in female format we have 2 and 4 pin versions in aerial format or 2, 4 and 8 in chassis. In addition, we have a female-female extender in case you want to connect two cables with males.

Adapters

In Emelec VíasCom we have a wide variety of adapters in multiple combinations. They combine XLR with different number of pins between them, with JACK 6.3 mono and stereo, with RCA and even some JACK 3.5.

Power Connectors

Power connectors are differentiated by the direction in which the power supply is transported depending on whether it is IN or OUT. Power connectors are available in both aerial and chassis versions, able to work with signal intensities up to 20 Amps and with the possibility of offering waterproof models. We also have an IN-OUT extender in case you want to extend two cables.
